mycandy is sold through our retail partners across the UAE, including Tradeling, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Carrefour, Lulu, Emax and Eros. Every product page shows where to buy it. Availability varies by store.

Buy from one of the stores listed on our site. If something doesn't look right, email hi@mycandytech.com with a photo of the box and where you bought it, and we'll check it for you.

Your order is placed with the store you bought from, so tracking lives there. Open your order in that store's website or app, or use the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Email hi@mycandytech.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 10 to 20 days depending on your bank. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled.

Email hi@mycandytech.com before sending anything back, as returns sent without contacting us first won't be accepted. If an item arrived faulty, take photos of the defect and include them. We'll email you the details of your return request, and our team will review it and get in touch. Cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method, usually within 10 to 20 days depending on your bank.

Every mycandy product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your receipt: you'll need it to make a claim.

Every product is built to strict international safety standards, and an independent quality-control company inspects each shipment before it ships. That's why fewer than 1 in 200 products comes back faulty.

If your laptop charges over USB-C, check the wattage on its original adapter and pick a mycandy charger with the same or higher output, like the 65W GTC-D165 or the 100W GTC-D200.

ANC (active noise cancelling) reduces background noise for you while you listen. ENC (environmental noise cancelling) cuts background noise from your microphone, so people hear you clearly on calls. Hybrid ANC uses microphones inside and outside each earbud for stronger noise reduction.
