mycandy is committed to your right to privacy, and we recognise the importance of privacy to our customers, counterparties and website visitors. Personal and commercial business information

mycandy endeavours to collect and use your Information only with your knowledge and consent. We may gather your Information from a purchase, through your customer enquiries, via email, through our business dealings or through our customer services team, when you request product information, or when you register online or enter any promotions or competitions through any channel. Web visitors must first complete a registration form. During registration, the user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). Demographic and geographic Information may be requested. mycandy does not share any personal or private customer or business Information submitted online with third parties other than as set out in this Policy. This Information will be stored, analysed and used to help mycandy improve our services.
The Information you provide on the mycandy website and/or other communication channels will be held only by mycandy and its affiliates or duly authorised agents. Your Information will not be given or sold to any outside organisation for marketing purposes without your consent.

No credit or debit card details or personally identifiable information will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The website policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are therefore encouraged to visit these sections frequently to stay up to date with changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Third-party advertising
Some of the advertisements you see on the site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers and audience segment providers. By submitting your Information you accept that your details and related Information will be managed, stored, transferred and processed by mycandy in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, which may include using third-party services for such management, storage, transfer and/or processing. mycandy may provide aggregate statistics and general information about Axiom customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics and general information will not include personally identifying Information. mycandy shall take reasonable measures to protect any Information provided and maintain the privacy of such Information in accordance with standard applicable practices.
Purpose of collecting information
The Information is used to contact the user about the services on our site in which they have expressed interest.
If you are a registered mycandy customer, we may use your Information for the purposes of:
- verifying that you are an authorised user if you call mycandy customer services;
- informing you of any service-related changes affecting your purchase.
mycandy may also use the Information for the purposes of:
- providing you with mycandy and related products and services;

Surveys
From time to time mycandy also requests Information from users through online surveys and satisfaction questionnaires.
